Expérience fantastique: Thank you to Bordeaux Wine Pilgrim for a fantastic full day out on the bikes. We really enjoyed the scenery, the wine and food. But most of all, we enjoyed our guide and the stories. We have learnt a lot today about the region, the wine, and the classification.

Expérience fantastique: We had a brilliant tour with Gaspard around St Emilion this week - he was very knowledgeable, friendly and managed the pace of the group really well. The chateaus we visited were great - particularly enjoyed Château La Rose Monturon, where we had a lovely lunch. Communication with Caz was very easy - would highly recommend doing the tour and hope to be back for some others!

The tour itself is in a beautiful area and we stoped at an amazing winery- Château Larose Monturon Where the owners Stéphane and Myriam gave us an outstanding tour and picnic. The wine was great, the food was fresh. This tour couldn’t be better. 5 stars.

Expérience fantastique: An amazing experience to add to our trip to Bordeaux. Caz, a fellow irishman, is very knowledgeable about wine and the history of Bordeaux. His recommendations about different things to check out in the city (outside of the tour) were brilliant, it really takes the effort away from researching an area while holidaying when you meet a tour guide willing to help! The tour was jam-packed, meaning we got to see a lot on our short visit to Bordeaux. Highly recommend this experience to everyone, and will be telling friends and family about it.

Expérience fantastique: Despite going on the tour on a rainy winter day, the scenic biking tour through Saint Emilion was absolutely memorable, and the wine country landscape was peaceful. The biking route was fairly easy and allowed us to take in the breathtaking views of the vineyards. We had two different tasting experiences for the half day tour, one at a Grand cru Classe vineyard and a second tasting at a wine store in Saint Emilion. The picnic charcuterie board after the first tasting was plentiful. We almost thought about skipping dinner after. Our guide, Caz, is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about wine and the winemaking process. His passion for the craft really shines through as he shared fascinating insights about the local grape growing tradition intertwined with the region’s history. Caz also offers more tailored, private experiences, which I think is a great option for those who want a more personalized touch. Overall, I highly recommend this tour—whether you’re a wine connoisseur or simply someone who enjoys exploring beautiful landscapes with a wonderful guide!

The itinerary was perfectly arranged, allowing us to better understand and fall in love with this place. Contingency plans for rainy days or other situations were flawless. Expérience fantastique: As visitors from Taiwan, we highly recommend booking a local tour in Saint-Émilion with Mr. Caz. The entire day’s itinerary involved exploring various local wineries by bike (customizable based on your needs by Mr. Caz), gaining different insights and tasting experiences at each winery. Throughout the journey, Mr. Caz not only managed the schedule effectively but also answered all our questions, introduced the local history, and adapted the itinerary based on the weather changes. He is also familiar with the cycling routes and took commemorative photos for us at appropriate moments along the way. At the wineries, we were warmly welcomed and offered a variety of tastings, allowing us to discover flavors we loved. Each winery had its unique charm that made them special. After the bike tour, we had time to explore this wonderful land and the charming UNESCO World Heritage town. You can feel Mr. Caz's deep love for this place as he generously shared his knowledge with us, filling our day with surprises and wonderful experiences. The whole day's itinerary was truly marvelous, especially the wine tastings that left us wanting more. Expérience fantastique: What a great day! I booked it as my husband’s birthday present and we both absolutely loved it. Just cycling or wine tasting on its own would have been very good but combined together it made the day unforgettable. Caz is a great guide- knowledgeable and professional. The wine tastings he booked were informative and enjoyable. The bikes were very comfortable (the seats even had padded covers). The other pleasant surprise was that we didn’t cycle on any busy roads- most of the time there were hardly any cars. And the views in that region of France are spectacular.

Expérience fantastique: Cas was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable of the Bordeaux region and its wines. The walk was very easy and a great introduction to the history of wine in the area and how Bordeaux became established. Once at the wine tasting the choices were great and I now have some understanding of wine identification. The whole experience lasted a couple of hours and as an introduction I would thoroughly recommend this tour, especially if limited for time in Bordeaux.

The views? Stunning. Our guide, an English native, was super friendly and knew everything about wine and the area. Honestly, it was one of the best days out I've had.
