Expérience négative: Unfortunately, this experience did not match the description during our activity in Luxor. The driver did not speak English, smoked inside the car, and used his phone while driving, which felt unsafe. Communication was impossible throughout the drive. Upon arrival at the site, the guide was late and spoke very limited English. The guided visit felt rushed and lasted around 15 minutes, with very basic explanations and no answers to our questions. We were taken to a very poorly rated restaurant where we were charged €4 for two small bottles of water, which is clearly overpriced for Egypt. The felucca ride also lasted around 15 minutes and remained mostly stationary, without actually sailing, which was very disappointing compared to what was advertised. Despite the poor quality of the overall service, we were asked for a tip at the end, which was uncomfortable considering the high price already paid. Overall, this tour in Luxor was far below expectations and not worth the cost.

Expérience négative: Achat de 4 entées pour l’attraction Shrek à Londres, j’ai bien été prélevé 2 jours avant mais le jour J à l’heure du rdv, impossible de télécharger les billets. Mes filles étaient tellement contentes de le faire et ensuite tellement dessus lorsque le téléchargement ne fonctionnait pas que j’ai acheté des billets sur place… pour un total de 50€ en plus! Aucun geste co de get your guilde qui n’assume pas malgré les preuves.

Expérience fantastique: Everything was good. They were very polite and organized. Our guide was Florian and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in Versailles with my mom who is old and all the staff made sure she has an easy experience. Totally recommend. Ignore bad reviews, if you see all Versailles tour reviews are good✌

Expérience négative: El día 23 de octubre participamos en una actividad contratada a través de GetYourGuide para visitar el Castillo de Drácula (Bran) y el Castillo Peles. El proveedor encargado de la actividad fue Romania Best Tours&Trips S.R.L. y nuestro guía se identificó como Stefan. ​Un dia antes del comienzo de la actividad nos llega la información que para visitar el Castillo de Peles tiene que ser a partir de la las 9:15 justo como teníamos nosotros la actividad y una vez montandos nos comunicó que, en lugar del Castillo Peles, visitaríamos el Castillo Cantacuzino y el Castillo de Bran y que las entradas para los dos castillos valen 50€ de persona. El guía argumentó que la visita al Castillo Peles no era posible debido a un evento. ​Ante esta situación, contacté telefónicamente con el Castillo Peles, donde me confirmaron que se encontraba abierto al público. Intenté dialogar con el guía para exponerle que nuestra actividad contratada incluía Peles, pero su respuesta fue inaceptable: nos indicó que, si no estábamos de acuerdo, podíamos bajar del autobús. ​Sin otra opción, decidimos continuar con la actividad. Debo señalar que esta ha sido la peor experiencia y el peor guía que he encontrado. Durante el trayecto de 12 horas, sus explicaciones fueron mínimas (menos de un minuto), y la actividad en general se desarrolló con excesiva prisa.Sugerimos a futuros viajeros evitar nuestro error y comprar las entradas directamente en taquilla, ya que el coste resulta significativamente más económico. ​Me he puesto en contacto con GetYourGuide para reportar mi mala experiencia con Romania Best Tours&Trips S.R.L. La compañía manifestó su intención de buscar una solución y, como resultado, nos devolvieron la mitad del precio de la actividad.

This is because GetYourGuide takes a huge 30% cut, so you pay more, but the small business owners get less. As a supplier, the platform is really complicated and unfriendly. They focus on marketing to attract customers but don’t make it easier for tour providers to use.

Expérience négative: I booked a photoshoot with Trak.art under Get Your Guide. It was near the Eiffel Tower as part of my honeymoon trip. I was supposed to get 20 high quality photos for my booking. The photographer cancelled on us less than 20 minutes before the booking was set to start. No messages, no choice to rebook. We were already at the tracadero waiting to meet with them. Instead, I had to pay one of the hustler photographers at the location 20 euros for 4 photos to get some quality couple shots of the two of us. It was a big disappointment. It also seems you cannot rate your experience if it was cancelled which means it is unknown the cancellation rate of each experience. I’d be careful booking with GYG given this and I personally will never book with them again.

Expérience fantastique: We used get your guide for a pub crawl in Paris, France. Boy did we love this. Our tour guide was Omar. Boy was he a lot of fun. I joked with him all night but really he paid attention to all of us on the tour. I definitely recommend using getyourguide France And do a pub crawl. It was a really fun experience.

Expérience négative: Wir haben eine Louvre Tour gebucht - NO STANDING IN LINE. Wir haben nie ein Ticket erhalten. Als wir beim Eingang waren, hat man uns mitgeteilt, dass wir anstehen müssen und das Ticket nicht gültig sei - es sei vermutlich ein Trickbetrüger - ist es nur teilweise. Wir haben angerufen und das effektive Ticket per WhatsApp erhalten. Wir mussten über 20 Minuten in der Schlange stehen. Die Führung durchs Louvre passierte via einer App, die man runterladen musste. Das ging nur via entsprechendem Link, den nur die kaufende Person kennt - spannend, eine nicht offizielle App installieren zu müssen. Beim Belasten der Kreditkarte kommt die nächste Überraschung. Sie verkaufen die Tour für CHF 32.55 - statt 22 Euro. Belasten aber auf der Kreditkarte den DREIFACHEN Betrag! Bitte lasst die Buchungen über diese Webseite sein, es ist in meinen Augen absoluter Betrug.

Expérience négative: Sur 3 réservations lors de mon séjour à Paris, il y en 2 où j'ai vraiment eu le sentiment de me faire arnaquer. 1) repas sur un bateau mouche en début de soirée. Très bien, rien à dire, acceuil, repas et parcours en bateau au top. 2) visite de Notre Dame, payer une entrée pour une activité gratuite avec un commentaire de 10 minutes d'un guide, c'est du vol. 3) visite de la Tour Eiffel, payer pour monter au sommet et se rendre compte que dans les faits ce n'est qu'un accès au 2ème. J'ai le sentiment d'avoir été induit en erreur, surtout lorsque la guide nous dit " on est désolé mais cela arrive souvent", une arnaque. Je déconseille ce site

Tras dos meses con excursión y guía reservada en español a las nueve de la mañana con traslado desde Cracovia para el museo de Auschwitz-Birkenau, el día antes nos escriben indicando que la visita es en inglés y nos recogen a las 4,15 de la mañana. Todo según nos informan porque no han adquirido entradas al museo y debemos estar con mucha antelación para conseguir las entradas. Nadie nos ayuda, ni desde el operador ni desde GetYourGuide. Una vergüenza. Nunca contratar a través de este operador.

Expérience négative: I booked a tour through GetYourGuide to visit Giverny and see Monet’s house. I specifically chose the Portuguese-language tour — and paid significantly more for it. However, I was surprised to find that the guide, although very kind, did not speak Portuguese. The explanations were given in English and French, with occasional comments in Spanish. This was extremely disappointing, as I selected this tour precisely because it was advertised in Portuguese — I do not understand other languages, and it was very important to me to fully grasp what was being said during the visit. I feel that the company sold a service it does not actually provide. I felt deceived and wronged. Based on this terrible experience, I do not recommend this service to anyone.

Expérience négative: Get your Guide Paris:louvre with intro to Mona Lisa. Do not book this through Get your Guide it is over priced! You can purchase a general admission ticket to the Louvre and get the same access as we did. We paid an additional $60 per person on top of the admission price for a guide to walk us across the street.

Inoltre le impiegate non sanno darti nessuna informazione e si negano a collaborare, quindi non vedo perché pagare di più per non ricevere nulla in più.

Expérience négative: ARNAQUE !!!! C'est lamentable, nous nous sommes fait arnaquer pour une visite guidée à Strasbourg. Premièrement pour le guide ; il s'avère que c'est un simple étudiant ( en architecture) et non un guide professionnel. Deuxièmement ; nous étions censés avoir une visite en français, malheureusement cette visite était bilingue, ce qui fait qu'au lieu d'avoir deux heures de visite, nous n'avons eu qu'une seule heure. Troisièmement; le prix : 30 € par personne. C'est une honte car 30 € pour une heure de visite fait à la va vite sans aucun intérêt, c'est horriblement cher. Et bien sûr in fine, nous avons donc payé 60 € pour deux personnes. LAMENTABLE !!!!! Nous avons écrit à Get your guide pour leur dire notre mécontentement, ils n'en n'ont absolument rien à faire. C'est une honte, je vous recommande sincèrement de fuir cette application. NE PASSEZ JAMAIS PAR EUX !!!!!

Expérience fantastique: J’ai réservé pour 2 personnes un safari 4*4 + quad + chameau + sandboard via Guetyourride à Dubaï . Et nous avons été ravis de ces 4 h de folie . Le site est sérieux , moins cher , le bon arrivé par e-mail et un numéro Watsapp 24/24 en cas de souci , c’est magnifique. Service de qualité. Merci au guide KASHIF a avec les quads à EXCURSION CAMP et a notre chauffeur du 4*4 ANWAR qui sont très gentils et vous mettent à l’aise . Je vous recommande!

Expérience négative: GYGN6FXA4LBX - my booking reference. I had an absolutely terrible experience with GetYourGuide on our trip to Versailles. I was traveling with my family, including my mother, and we had booked a round-trip bus service. However, the return journey turned into a nightmare due to the completely inhumane and unprofessional behavior of their staff. The guide explicitly stated that we should meet at 5:00 PM and that the bus would depart at 5:10 PM. They also assured us that if we were late, they would call us. We arrived at 5:05 PM—before the departure time—only to watch the guide step off the bus and the driver leave without us. We waved, ran after the bus, and the driver clearly saw us but still didn’t stop! Not a single person from their team made an effort to assist us, despite having promised to call if we were late (which we weren’t). As a result, we were stranded and had to pay for an Uber to get back—on top of the return trip we had already paid for. This service was cold, robotic, and completely lacking in basic human decency. The lack of care, professionalism, and responsibility is unacceptable. I do not recommend GetYourGuide to anyone looking for a reliable and ethical service.

Expérience négative: Won’t be using get your guide again, never had an issue in the past but we booked tickets to Musee Rodin in Paris and was denied entry as the QR codes were not actual tickets. Instead of enjoying our activity we were stressed at the door trying to contact get your guide to get sent the actual tickets and closing time was in 40 minutes. When I called they asked if I had whats app or iphone number to be sent the tickets which confused me as they have my email and reference number to do so. They did quickly sort it though which was appreciated. Also tickets at the property are €28 for 2 people and I paid €44 with get your guide. It’s a rip off.

Esta empresa no responde por el cliente y no conoce ni ellos a sus proveedores de servicio. Además de precios elevados para la actividad… llegamos 10 minutos tarde a la actividad y no nos esperaron. Incluso cuando avisamos estábamos en camino. Su respuesta: perdieron la actividad y el dinero. No nos importa ayudarte. Me molesta porque no tuve la sensación que me quisieran ayudar como cliente más bien, me sacaron de encima diciendo que el proveedor tenía esas políticas de servicio. No lo recomiendo ni repetiré nunca más…

Expérience négative: Ofrecen una visita titulada: París: Entrada a la Catedral de Notre Dame y tour a pie histórico. El título es engañoso porque la entrada a la catedral resulta ser gratuita y por el acceso general sin reserva , realizando una gran cola. Por lo tanto, la visita se restringe a hora alrededor de la catedral recientemente reabierta dando unos someros datos históricos. Visita en inglés, no ofrecen español.

Expérience fantastique: The people at GetYourGuide France were very nice. Our guide Melvil was fantastic. The tour was very informative and entertaining. Afterwards, Melvil asked if there were any suggestions for improvements. I really can't think of any. His tour was impeccable. Merci beaucoup !!!

Expérience négative: DON'T USE UNLESS YOU ARE READY FOR A GAMBLE! Do not use this company unless you are ready for a gamble. We ordered two tours with them one of which was great (the Versailles one), and Rose (our English-speaking guide) did a great job. However, the one we ordered in Louvre and paid 124,6 Euros for two had an English-speaking guide that spoke a super basic English that was just not at the level expected for this amount of money, nor was the language clearly articulated. This made us leave the tour 5-10 minutes in. The support replied that they would refund 37,38 Euros, because we participated in the tour, as if there would have been any other way to assess the quality of the tour without starting it. So, again, if you are lucky and get a good guide, you will be satisfied. If not, no one will give you your money back. So, I advise looking for other websites that actually take responsibility for these kinds of situations. A big NO for us!

Expérience négative: Payment System Error and horrible customer service There was a problem during the payment process and I was stuck without seeing any confirmation page that my payment was approved. I checked my bank account and email, there was no email or money withdrawal from the account. So I asked my friend to do the reservation and she was able to make a reservation quickly. Afterwards I received a confirmation email 5 minutes later, and I saw that the money was withdrawn from my bank account, meaning we got a double reservation. We called immediately to cancel, but GetYourGuide said they can not refund the ticket because it was purchased within the last 24 hours. I didn't ask for a refund with any excuse, they didn't refund it even in a situation caused by an error in their system. I contacted my bank, Ideal and service provider Adyen. Although it appears/ proofs in the system that the payment is delayed, they don't accept to make a refund. After the proofs that i provided GetYourGuide said that they will escalate and investigate but reject my request with a standard message. They have very bad customer service.

Expérience négative: Wir mussten zweimal stornieren und haben eine Tour am 5. Juli gemacht. Laut Buchung wurde eine Zahlung verrechnet. Es sind aber zwei Abzüge bei der Kreditkarte. 3. Juli 24 Buchung storniert. 4. Juli 24 Buchung storniert. 5. Juli 24 Buchung bezogen. Für die erste Stornierung wurde uns ein Gutscheincode geschickt, weil wir ein falsches Datum hatten. Die zweite Stornierung musste gemacht werden, weil der Anbieter die Tour nicht machen konnte. Wir haben dafür eine E-Mail bekommen - Vollständige Rückerstattung innerhalb von 14 Tagen.Nun heisst es der erste Gutscheincode hätte auch für die zweite Stornierung gegolten. Bin ich Hellseherin? Es ist eine absolute Frechheit! Nun wird uns ein Gutschein angeboten. Ich will das Geld zurück, da ich nicht weiss wann ich wieder in den Urlaub fahre und die Dienste von Get your Guide buchen werde. Für ein solches Unternehmen eine Schande! Zumal wir schon mehrfach gebucht haben in anderen Ländern. Mein Rat Vorsicht mit Stornos.

Expérience négative: Purtroppo il treno ha ritardato 10min. e l'unico tour della settimana in lingua italiana era appena partito. Chiediamo di poter raggiungere il gruppo, ma l'operatrice Carla si rifiuta di contattare la guida perché non è previsto dalle regole. Ci ha quindi obbligato a ripagare l'ingresso e a fare il tour con guida in inglese. Trovo davvero ottuso questo sistema di regole da applicare alla lettera con i turisti, che meriterebbero invece di essere accontentati in ogni modo possibile. Anche il responsabile dell'agenzia non ha voluto muovere un dito per farci raggiungere la guida italiana che era ancora fuori dal museo, ripetendo che ci sono delle regole... Meno male che almeno la guida inglese è stata comprensiva e abbiamo capito qualcosa di Versailles.

Expérience fantastique: Our experience was excellent. This company sends specific location instructions in a very timely manner. We had no problem finding the meeting point. Our tour guide Vladine was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Our group had 12 people & she provided each of us with a headset to hear her speaking. It worked flawlessly! I had been to Versailles before but never used a guide. I learned so much on this trip. I highly recommend paying the $ and getting it done right. I’m a very thrifty person but I truly believe this price was well worth it. Our tour lasted almost 2 hours and the crowd size was average in early April 2024.

Expérience fantastique: My wife and I did a tour on 4/9/23 lead by Blerta. She was absolutely fantastic. Not only knowledgeable, but also interactive and equipped with obscure facts beyond what you would be expecting to learn on a tour like this. Versailles is a magic place and Blerta did an outstanding job to let us all vividly imagine the days when that gosh palace was functioning under the monarchy. Highly highly recommend GetYourGuide!

Expérience négative: Sadly bad organised tour and give wrong information. They told me and to other 4 people who were waiting to be picked up, that the meeting point was outside Versailles Palace but at the End the bus departed from their main Office which was 10 minutes Walking from the Palace. Luckily i realized their mistake and i made everyone run like lunatics to the office stoping the bus in the middle of the road. Instead of apologising the bus driver wanted to leave me and didn't want to wait my mother that had walking issues (couldn't run to the bus) i was 15 minutes earlier to the arranged meeting point. The company gave me the fault of their mistake, didn't apologize, made my mother almost run to catch the bus, endangering her knee surgery. They were going to leave us in the middle of Versailles and worst giving us the fault of comming late, when we didn't. Badly organised company and bad communication. Disappointed.

Expérience négative: Os donos do Getyourguide, no Brasil, seriam chamados de “cambistas”, ou, intermediários que adicionam lucros exorbitantes sobre o valor normal dos ingressos que eles compram antes, Minha esposa, provavelmente enganada por um link patrocinado do google, comprou ingressos para visitarmos a Torre Eiffel com eles (eu, minha esposa e minha filha de 9 anos), e, para a surpresa de todos nós que achávamos que tínhamos comprado a visita até o topo, só fomos até o 2o andar. Até aí, tudo bem, pode ter sido um erro nosso… Mas aí, quando vi que pagamos nós 3, EU210,00 (3x70,00), para um ingresso que deveria ter custado EU45,00 (18+18+9), fiquei extremamente decepcionado e com sentimento de fui MUITO enganado por essa empresa. O único serviço adicional prestado por eles, foi um pobre jovem guia, que se esforçava para ser gentil, atencioso e prestativo, mas não tinha nada a agregar, para valer +EU50,00 por ingresso!!!!! Que sensação horrível que senti! Ao invés de aproveitar o passeio, fiquei a visita inteira me sentindo roubado, enganado e penando nos donos da GetYourGuide sentados em suas cadeiras luxuosas de algum condomínio corporativo rindo da nossa cara e contando Euros, pensando no monte de turistas desavisados que eles enganaram!
