Magic ways est le partenaire officiel de Disneyland Paris pour le transport de la capitale vers les parcs. Nous proposons des excursions dans les lieux les plus touristiques de Paris, que ce soit au Château de Versailles, à Disneyland Paris ou dans la capitale elle-même.
Notre commentaire de TraTraTravel France sur Magic Ways :
Magic Ways est une entreprise spécialisée dans les transferts et les excursions à Paris, y compris vers Disneyland et Versailles. Bien que certains clients aient apprécié la propreté des bus et la convivialité de l'équipe, d'autres ont rencontré des difficultés organisationnelles majeures.
Des points forts de l'entreprise incluent :
- Un excellent accueil par des guides attentionnés comme Marjorie et Tess, qui parlent plusieurs langues et sont disponibles pour répondre aux questions.
- Des bus propres et bien entretenus, offrant un certain confort pendant le trajet.
- Des excursions qui permettent de découvrir de magnifiques lieux comme le Château de Versailles et Disneyland, souvent décrits comme magiques par les visiteurs.
Cependant, plusieurs clients ont signalé des problèmes récurrents :

Magic Ways: Des avis
Expérience négative: ACHTUNG BEI BUCHUNG MIT BUS TRANSFER INS DISNEYLAND!! Hier wird um verdammt viel Geld eine Busfahrt angeboten (60€ pro Person), welche dann VOR der Hauptattraktion zurück führt! Mal abgesehen davon, dass online von 45 Minuten die Rede ist, man dann aber tatsächlich über 90 Minuten unterwegs ist, ist die Abfahrt IMMER um 20:45/21 Uhr. Allerdings hat der Park samstags bis 22 Uhr geöffnet und um 22 Uhr auch noch die Hauptattraktion mit abschließenden Feuerwerk! Die Fahrt mit der Bahn kostet läppische 2,50€ (!!) und dauert insgesamt zum selben Ziel (Eiffelturm) sogar nur fast halb so lange! Selbst ein Uber hätte uns im Endeffekt weniger gekostet - nachher ist man immer schlauer.. Für mich persönlich grenz das fast schon an Betrug (man bucht das Ganze nämlich direkt über die Disneyland Homepage und rechnet somit nicht mit einer Abfahrt vor Parkschluss..)
Expérience négative: Très mal organisé, beaucoup de retard (à l’allée et au retour), personnel pas agréables. Très déçu de la prestation pour le prix payé. Je pense qu’il y a d’autres prestataires à Paris pour un service mieux géré. Je mets ces deux étoiles simplement pour le mini bus qui est spacieuse et propre.

Expérience négative: They mentioned before buying the tickets that I’ll get a digital ticket, but after booking they said I needed to collect the keys from their in office. Even after telling them this and me being already an hour away from paris requested them a refund on email but they told me no. So after travelling an hour to collect the tickets, they tell me in their office that due to a technical issue, tickets were sold in excess of what was available and the best they can do is refund or give me ticket for next week.

Expérience négative: La verdad una decepción nos citaron a las 8:30 llegaron a las 9:00 y todavía falta buscar un grupo más! Nos hicieron llegar 10:14 al disneyland cuando abren a las 9:30. No nos pidieron ni unas disculpas por la demora, la verdad no contrato más la excursión. Adjunto imagen 9:20 recién yendo al parque!

Expérience négative: Mala experiencia, el viaje a Disneyland paris nada recomendable, a la vuelta, la hora de salida del autobús es antes del gran espectáculo final del parque, entonces no vale para nada la pena contratar este autobús con el precio que tiene, si por culpa de este autobus te pierdes lo mejor del parque.

Expérience fantastique: We have a few days in Paris and knew that we wanted to see Versailles, so we checked out the Paris ticket site to find options for it. Luckily, there was an option which already included transportation, which made it really convenient. We were anxious when we first purchased tickets. Thankfully, we got an e-mail with all the details we need to know before the day and eventually met with someone from Magic Ways on the day of, assuring that our reservation went through. Everything went really smoothly from pick-up to drop off. We were staying at the Mercure, so the Eiffel stop was really convenient for us. We arrived 15 mins prior to departure and a representative was already there to confirm our reservation and give us the necessary documents. Once we on-boarded, Marjorie did a great job briefing us (in English, Spanish, and French) and keeping us company on the way to Versailles. Upon reaching the Palace, she also spoke to the staff to ensure that we can enter with no problem. She also used tools such as Whatsapp, Google Translate, etc. to ensure that all the guests can communicate with her. We’re glad she took good care of us and we didn’t worry. Overall, it was a great experience seeing the beauty of Versailles conveniently from Paris!

Expérience fantastique: We arrived at the entrance 30 minutes before our designated time but we were able to get in without waiting because we were with a guide from Magic Ways. Shoutout to Marjorie for making that happen!

Expérience négative: I have booked round trip transfer to Disneyland. They told everybody at the bus to stay at the meeting point at 8:45 pm in order to go back to Paris at 9pm. Otherwise 1 hour after the time schedule we called the company and they told us by phone that the driver didn’t go and we would need to get the train back. I had a 6yo daughter and the weather was 0 Celsius. Obviously this company is not serious and do not deserve to be opened. I strongly recommend everybody to not book anything with them otherwise can face the same situation that I faced. When I called them asking to book a Uber for my family in order to solve the problem they told me that they could not do anything. So even thought you still want to book anything with this fraud company… good luck

Expérience négative: Malísimo el tour a Versalles: nos llevaron, nos hicieron entrar, nos entregaron el audioguía y no vimos.más a nuestra supuesta guía, que por cierto apenas hablaba castellano y usaba el traductor de Google para hablarnos. No nos explicó todo lo que podiamos hacer allí, y cuando nos dimos cuenta de que había un trencito para recorrer jardines, Trianon y etc ( y todo con cargo), ya no teniamos tiempo para hacerlo. Una malísima.experiencia con Magic Ways.

Expérience négative: No nos recogieron a la vuelta de Disneyland. No atendían al teléfono de atención al cliente. A la ida tampoco estaban en el lugar indicado de recogida, sino a 500 m de la Gare du Nord. Por favor no contratéis sus servicios, encima tampoco te devuelven el dinero.

Expérience négative: Das einzig positive das ich sagen kann ist das der Bus sauber war, dafür gibts einen Stern. Abgesehen davon vollkommen überteuert, und verspätete Abholung. Keine Speisen/Getränkekonsumation im Bus und das trotz ewiger Fahrzeit . Finger weg

Expérience fantastique: Really awesome service. Only drawback is missing fireworks because the last shuttle leaves before the show. I enjoyed the Christmas Day pickup and drop off from Rue L’Opera. Staff super friendly and helpful. Finding the pick up locations and buses was challenging as they do not match the website. However, definitely worth it if you’ve never been to Paris and are unsure of how to get to and from the parks. The parks are quite a ways out from the main city.

Expérience négative: Não recomendo! Comunicação ineficaz, atendimento e respeito ao cliente muito ruins! Compramos o passeio com a agência Tipets, e o ônibus partiu sem a nossa família! Ao entrar em contato com a empresa por whatsapp, nos informaram que estávamos atrasados e que teríamos que ir por conta para o Palácio de Versailes (estávamos no ponto de encontro informado, esperando o ônibus, dentro do horário solicitado). Havíamos pago 247 euros e para nossa surpresa nos informaram que o valor também não seria devolvido! Seguimos para o Palácio de trem. Não recomendo o passeio com a empresa, utilizem o trem e comprem as entradas individualmente. Além de mais barato, poupa um enorme transtorno. À empresa, recomendo que entre em contato com o cliente em caso de algum imprevisto antes de partir, se não devolvem o dinheiro. O telefone é solicitado no momento da compra dos tickets, acredito que com essa finalidade.

Expérience fantastique: J’ai choisit une excursion dans Paris pour manger au restaurant de la Tour Eiffel ainsi que part la suite une croisière sur la Seine. Tout s’est très bien passé avec également des accompagnateurs au top ! Je recommande merci encore !

Κλείσαμε δρομολόγιο μεθ’επιστροφης για την Disneyland στις 15/11/2024 και συνέβησαν τα εξής : το δρομολόγιο αναχωρούσε στις 8μιση το πρωί και υπήρχε σχετική ενημέρωση στη κράτηση να είμαστε 20 λεπτά νωρίτερα . Ωστόσο το λεωφορείο αναχώρησε εν τελεί με καθυστέρηση 1 ώρας επειδή περιμέναμε 2 άτομα τα οποία προφανώς δεν ήταν στην ώρα τους , με αποτέλεσμα να καθυστερήσουμε τη προγραμματισμένη άφιξη μας κατά πολύ ! Στον γυρισμό , φτάσαμε 9:04 μμ στο σημείο που έφυγε το λεωφορείο και μας ενημέρωσε ένα ζευγάρι που βρισκόταν εκεί στις 9:02 ότι το λεωφορείο έφυγε στις 9 ακριβώς , χωρίς να πάρουν κανένα τηλέφωνο , να ειδοποιήσουν κανέναν ή να περιμένουν έστω 5 λεπτά και άφησαν εν τελεί 20 άτομα πίσω . Εν αντίθεση με το πρωί που περιμέναμε 1 ώρα για 2 άτομα . Οι άνθρωποι είναι απαράδεκτοι και προφανώς δεν ξέρουν τι τους γίνεται. Προφανώς και θα ζητήσω refund της επιστροφής , γιατί απλά πλήρωσα για μια υπηρεσία την οποία δεν έλαβα . ΥΓ: η επιστροφή είχε παρά πολύ κόσμο και θεωρούσε έστω απαραίτητο να περιμένουν τουλάχιστον 5 λεπτά , και όχι να αφήσουν 20 άτομα πίσω τα οποία περίμεναν υπομονετικά το πρωί για 1 ώρα . Απαράδεκτοι !!!!!!!!

Expérience négative: NO MAGIC WAYS AFTER ALL…. First time in Paris and Disneyland. We were nervous to use public transport to the park so booked the tickets and return shuttle/bus. $822.95. NZD for 2 adults and 11 year old. We gave the company the benefit of the doubt for the late start, but got nothing back. This is our experience and recommendations: 1. The bus was 45 mins late leaving Paris waiting for late passengers. No allowance for more time after 9pm, no compensation and after a weak apology no more communication. 2. We arrived at the bus bay at 902pm and the bus was gone. 12 others arrived by 906pm. 3. No signage in a huge dark car park for the return bus. 4. Buy park tickets online add to your phone and trust yourself to use the metro to travel to the park. The public transport is excellent - intervals of 20 mins between trains after 9pm, station is close to park and accessible. 5. RER line A serves Marne-la-Vallée - Chessy (station right outside Disneyland). 6. We returned from the park to Gare de Lyon station for €8 in 31 mins. 7. No one is available after 8pm from this company to assist you. 8. On arrival to the park they announce on the bus if you want to make your own way back, you can catch a train as it is close by. They do this to remove any liability on them for leaving you at the park after 9pm. 9. Using the metro was easy and we should’ve used it and not this shuttle/bus.
Hello leonie, We understand your frustration and would like to clarify some points. Regarding the morning, we do not think there was an hour waiting for customers. In addition, we do not have the numbers of passengers, only their e-mail addresses or those of tour operators through which they book. The delay was most likely due to traffic, beyond our control. In addition, during the welcome speech, our escorts specify that the return is made at the same parking lot as the morning. They also inform that if some wish to return later, other transport options exist because all our clients do not have the same drop off point and sometimes have to take other means to reach their home. Expérience négative: To ANYONE READING THIS, Do not use their service, specially for Disneyland! All these reviews also tell you a story. First, they overbook, when we reached the pickup point their bus was full, then we wait for another hour after which they book us a cab. Imagine this is Disneyland where each second counts, and you reach an hour late. As first time visitors, you will ofcourse face issues locating the meetup place. The meetup time was 9PM. We reached at exactly 9. They were gone. I mean we waited for an hour for them and they couldn't wait 1 second. I then realised, they obviously didn't have space for the extra "overbooked" people ( was evident when atleast 9 of us didn't get a seat on the bus in the morning and had to be given cabs instead) so as soon as they got full, they left. When we reached the point I could see atleast 10 people who had been left behind. We all had to take cabs back to the hotel. In short, don't even trust the apology message I would soon get on this comment. If your travel agent has booked this for you, then leave that agent. This is how much of a excruciating experience I've had with MagicWays.

Expérience négative: You can find cheaper ways to get to Paris from Disneyland if you wanted to, but it was a convenience to me as the pickup location was in front of my hotel. As a first timer, was definitely expecting communication especially coming from feedback from my experiences. First, I had a trip to Versailles and & Paris on Tuesday October 29th and the driver and staff member was running late, check in time at pickup location was 1530 to head to Paris, bus did not arrive until 1630. Then once arrived to Paris I was navigated to the wrong cruise by the staff member. I emailed Magic Ways for a refund and no response til this day since it wasn't my fault the Magic Ways staff member took me to the wrong boat. Trip day 2 was the Eiffel Tower Lunch/Cruise on Wednesday October 30th. We were guided to the Eiffel Tower and was told by a staff member the process to check in for lunch. My group and I went together and told the host we were here with Magic Ways and they asked for our tour guide. We advised the staff that the tour guide told us to come up and check in with the host. Our tickets were scheduled for 1300 lunch and did not get seated until 1400 while everyone else, including other tours were being checked in right away with their hosts. In addition, when it came to the cruise, the tickets provided to us weren't working. Staff members at the cruise stated the tickets were scanned last month September 21st. Reached out to Jordan (staff member info was given to us on the bus for evening departure) and he took a picture of another ticket to use. The ticket did not work either. Had to pay $20 to get on the cruise!! SMH They luckily get 1 star due to lack of communication and everything in between but give the stars to the staff member Allison in the morning checking us in and walking us to our pickup location. Do NOT expect the Disney magic you're used to at the parks! This is far from it!

Expérience négative: We booked the Disney Shuttle and we arrived 30 minutes early as requested. However the bus arrived 30 minutes late (1 hour waiting) and the bus was full. So we had to spend $100 on Uber to get the the park and because of this delay we arrived well after the park opened ruining our day at Disney. Disney did nothing to address the situation either. Guest Servicea said they couldn't do anything because it was a 3rd party. We even had pictures to prove what happened. I will never use this service again.

Pero al subir al micro nos informan que er solo para un parque pedimos explicaciones a quien venia por parte de la empresa (la cual se fue corriendo) y desde el whats app de la firma, no nos respondian. No pierdan su tiempo con éstos carroñeros. Saquen las entradas en ma pagina oficial del parque y luego de Paris al parque hay un tren, esta es ma mejor opcion. Saludos,

Expérience négative: J'ai osé tenté l'expérience avec Magic Ways cet été, et ce fut catastrophique. Le groupe est globalement mal organisé, surtout l'équipe d'accueil de terrain qui est mal géré, ils sont stressés et dépassés par les évènements. La climatisation ne marchait pas dans le bus, il est interdit de boire, manger d'aller aux toilettes dans ce même bus surbooké ou il y avait même une personne assise sur les marches ! et cerise sur le gâteau nous avions eu 35 minutes de retards. Les billets sont ni échangeables ni remboursables.

Expérience négative: On our recent Disney vacation we booked the Royal Versailles and Paris Seine River Cruise with our hotel package. This excursion is not ran by Disney but operated by Magic Ways and departed from the New York Hotel at Disneyland Paris. At the Seine River cruise near the Eiffel Tower, we were dropped off in one location but then instructed of a different meeting place to meet the driver for the return trip to our hotel and to be there by 6:45 PM for a 7:00 PM departure. We arrived at the instructed meeting place at 6:35 and waited until 8:00 PM. There was no bus or van that ever arrived. No person with a red vest, flag, or any identifier or affiliation with Magic Ways. We tried to call Magic Ways but there was no answer. There was no attempt from Magic Ways to contact us, either. Not knowing what to do or how to get back to the Hotel we finally found a taxi to get us back but at a cost of 150 euro. (We now the train would have been cheaper and a much better idea, but in a moment of panic did not think of this). After we were safe back at our hotel, we attempted contact with Magic Ways that simply told us their bus performed the service (which is not true). They were basically telling me that I am a liar and so were the other people that were also stranded with us. I booked this experience as an add on through Disney anticipating that this experience would have the high level of customer service Disney always offers. This was not the case. Magic Ways made no attempt to reconcile this issue with me. They refused to take accountability for their mistakes which by reading other reviews seems to be a common practice.

Expérience négative: Do not use these people! If I could give them zero stars, I would. We contracted them for ride to and from Disney Paris picking up at the Eiffel Tower. We arrived well before the pickup time. The guide met us (and about a dozen other people) and was very nice, but the driver (who was new according to the guide) was about 45 min late. We then drove all over Paris to pick up 2 other groups. During this time we were repeatedly reminded to "meet the bus at the exact place they drop you off, As the last group got on, they discovered that they were overbooked for the # of seats on the bus. At this point, both of the guides got off the bus and left the "new" driver to get us to Disney. We eventually got there (about an hour later than scheduled), and again verified with the driver that we would meet him exactly where he dropped us off at 9:00 that evening. This is where the problem occurred. We arrived (15 min early, no less) at the exact spot we were dropped off at, along with many of the people we rode out there with. By 9:20, we were all starting to panic. We found some security people and we're able to overcome the language barrier enough to realize that the driver had dropped us off at the wrong location, but whoever was driving the return portion came to the "correct" location. I don't know who they picked up, but they missed about a dozen of us, including a family with a special needs daughter. We had to quickly figure out how to use the train to get back to the Eiffel tower (at our own expense). When we contacted Magic Ways about this, they claimed that it was our fault for missing the bus. Never again, these people are morons!

Expérience négative: I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. Unfortunately, we had an inexperienced driver who dropped our group at the wrong place. We were told to return to that exact place for our return. We were left to scramble for a train at the last moment. There were a few patrons who had a lot of difficulty communicating in French,. When we communicated with the company, we were basically told it was our problem for not being in the right place. Find other transportation to Disneyland Paris!

Expérience négative: Firstly, I wouldn’t bother booking with this company. Tickets were $53AUD per person and the train was $5 euro each way. They over booked the bus even though we booked 6 months in advance and had to send x2 taxi vans to pick us all up which we now know is a common thing with this company. We ended up arriving an hour later than expected. We didn’t trust them to get us back in time or at all so we trained home instead. Wasye of money.

Expérience négative: La peor empresa que hay.... Pase unos días en Disneyland y el hotel que contraté ofrecía una excursión a París donde está empresa te llevaba y te traía de vuelta al hotel. Pues resulta que tanto a la ida como a la vuelta había overbukin en el autobús. Salimos por la mañana con más de una hora de retraso llegando a París a más de las 11:45, a la vuelta nos citaron a 18:45 horas en el punto de recogida y cuando llegamos al destino del autobús nos encontramos que 20 personas no podemos subir al autobús. Y hemos tenido que esperar una hora bajo la lluvia a qué viniera otro autobús. ¿Es que no sabéis de sobra cuántas personas caben en un autobús? ¿Porque directamente no mandáis dos autobuses a la misma hora? Lo que está empresa pretendía era llegar a Disney con las personas que primero se montaron y tenernos al resto más hora y media esperando, para ahorrarse un segundo autobús. Lo que pasa que el resto de pasajeros nos pusimos delante del autobús impidiendo que este saliera con el lema de o nos vamos todos o ninguno. Y nos os a quedado más remedio que mandar otro autobús. Sois unos chapuceros que lo único que os importa es ganar dinero a través de pobres turistas y os da igual dejar a familias con niños lloviendo y pasando frío. Ha sido la peor experiencia de mi vida.

Expérience négative: Il parco chiude alle 22:30, è assurdo che l'unica corsa del ritorno sia alle 21:00 rendendo impossibile vedere la parata finale. È quindi utile solamente come costosissimo mezzo di andata. Il luogo dell' appuntamento (zona gare du Nord) è cambiato senza alcun preavviso, nonostante siamo nel 2024 ed abbiano sia il contatto e-mail che telefonico, siamo riusciti a prenderlo solamente perché ho verificato gli itinerari la sera prima. In tutto questo il pullman (vecchio, fatiscente e con tanto di finestrino spaccato e traballante) è partito con quasi venti minuti di ritardo dal primo rendez-vous point con ovvi conseguenti ritardi che ci porteranno al parco ben oltre l'orario d'apertura. Spero solo ci sia un servizio clienti per richiedere rimborso. Esperienza meno che pessima, non vale un decimo del suo costo, che tra l'altro, con 2 genitori paganti, non offre sconti per i minori. Difficile fare peggio di così.

Expérience négative: I have had a really bad experience with their Paris Disneyland tour. They ditched us. No bus to pick us up at the indicated meeting point at 9 pm after the Disneyland tour. No communication whatsoever. Terrible experience really. The office phone is switched off saying it is off hours and call back the next day. Please give these guys a miss.

Expérience positive: I have to agree to other negative comments. It was a terrible experience on our first morning in Paris. We woke up at 6:30 am to get to the specified place (see photo attached) at specified time (you're expected to be there at 8:15 am and the bus should depart at 8:30 am) for this shuttle to Disneyland. With our 7 yo daughter, we were rushing to the location as specified in the ticket. By the way, next to the metro station we disembarked, we saw a parked Magic Way bus. But there was no single sign how to get to the departure. Thus, we were following our Google navigation. When we got close, we realised that there are no buses around. We asked the police nearby and they told us that this place (as written in the tickets) is closed due to Olympic games and they don't know anything about bus. I am sorry, but Disneyland is one of the most visiting place in Paris ans literally no signs and no one know where is the shuttle? Luckily, one policeman (thanks to him!) told, that he is not sure, but it may be at L'Ecole Militaire. My husband called the phone of Magic Way and they sent him to another location (it was really difficult to understand the spelling of this place by hearing it on the phone). We were rushing with our daughter. When we reached the place we could understand, there was nothing. Then my husband had a call from Magic Way staff with a question if we're coming and, finally, they sent him a text message with the correct location which was near the school indeed. And when we finally reached that place at 8:30, running with a kid for 30 min like crazy, there was still no bus! Bus departed at 8:50 only. Then we've discovered that there is a train going directly to the Disneyland both ways and cost 5 times cheaper with flexible timing you choose and no stress AT ALL! I was shocked and don't recommend to use this service. It makes no sense. But the staff of this shuttle was very friendly and speaking good English. Thanks God we had a call from them. Otherwise we would never find that place. ♀️

Expérience positive: They oversold the seats on our original bus to Disneyland. However, they were able to put us on a different bus ten minutes later so it wasn't much of a delay. I recommend to show up early, immediately get a ticket from the Magic Ways worker, and get in the front of the line. Also, they don't allow food and drink on the bus so be sure to make time for coffee and pastries before the trip.

Expérience négative: Horrible customer service. We paid for the Magic Bus. They show up in a little white van because they overbooked. They will take your money and not deliver quality Disney “Magical Experience”. You will be stranded on the streets waiting for them to arrive. Not a great start to our Disneyland Paris trip. Expérience négative: Disaster. The service is extremely expensive (about 5x as much as train), not very organized, and really takes time, our time. We were supposed to meet at 8:15, and drive out at 8:30 to reach Disney at 9:30, so we can use our time in fullest. Of course, we had to pick up 5 more people from literally 100 metres away, and then we arrived at 10:02. There was traffic, I wouldn't comment on that, but if dozens of people tell you your hours are wrong and you're not punctual, maybe you just consider it instead of arguing every 2nd response... Coming back was far worse. I saw 1 reply to someone's comment, that you want people back before 10 pm, cause it isn't safe in Paris. We were just going for 2h, it's 11 pm. Great work with planning and respecting ohers' time. We'll have to take taxi now to get to our hotel. It would suffice for someone from the team to check GPS and tell passengers what's the commute time, and not keep saying about 1h, we would surely go for a train, 2h back and every other time. Finally, official Disney transport should be good, not mediocre at best. The park tries hard to live up to its name, and this transport company, just doesn't. I won't even mention white, unbranded buses, a lot of folks already did.

Expérience fantastique: Wir hatten über die Disneyland Homepage eine Option gewählt. Fahrt zum Eiffelturm inkl. Mittagessen, eine Fahrt mit dem Boot auf der Seine, sowie die Rückfahrt zum Disneyland. Der Bus war pünktlich und dort erfuhren wir auch das alles über Magic Ways ablaufen wird. Sehr nettes und informatives Personal. Alle Eckdaten wurden uns auf Französisch, Englisch und Spanisch erklärt. Stetige Betreuung war vorhanden und alle anfallenden Fragen wurden umgehend geklärt. Die Tickets wurden vor Ort vom jeweiligen Begleiter organisiert und der Begleiter war bis zu jedem Einlass immer an der Seite. Alle Zeiten wurden eingehalten von Treffpunkten sowie Hin- und Rückfahrt. Wir können den Ausflug bestens empfehlen sowie den Anbieter. Wie hatten durch die tolle Abwicklung einen unvergesslichen Tag in Paris.

Expérience négative: Finger weg von diesem Anbieter. Hatten überteuerten Transfer nach Disneyland gebucht. Abholung sollte am Eiffelturm sein, dort Baustelle und kein Bus. Weitere Fahrgäste warteten dort. X Telefonate mit der Zentrale hatten Ergebnis, dass der Bus vor Ort sei - was ja schon wegen der Baustelle unmöglich war (siehe. Foto). Man wird offen angelogen, weil sie nichts zurückerstatten wollen. Mussten einen Uber nehmen, was im übrigen erheblich billiger ist.

Expérience négative: ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. We went there as a family trip to Paris and we wanted to go see Disneyland Paris to connect to the Parisian magic. When we went, we arrived at the meeting place and when they picked us up on the bus, we waited to head off. Let me tell you, I aged like 30 years. There were some old people on the bus, I’m surprised they didn’t pass away from how long we were there. Finally, we set off, and they drove us around Paris for like an hour, before stopping at EXACTLY THE SMAE PLACE WE STARTED. Guys, we were NOT in Disney. So FINALLY, they transferred our bus and we set out. When we got to Disney, they didn’t have our tickets for us (we booked our tickets through them and we were told they would) so we had to wait another HOUR to get them printed. At one point, one of our party lost their ticket and had to wait HOURS to get another one since disney has a two print policy where you can only print a ticket twice. We found out later that Magic Ways HAD printed our tickets and just didn’t give them to us. Finally, we leave disney, and are left waiting for the bus to pick us up. WE WAITRD FOR LIKE AN HOUR in the hot summer sun. Children were crying, people were throwing up out of worry. Finally they pick us up and we go to head the hour bus ride back to our stop. Magic Ways being cheap and crazy, didn’t have the AC on their bus on. I sat next to an elderly lady who almost died of heatstroke. We were packed into a hot bus that reeked of body odor and alcohol, and people were sweating buckets. It was an AWFUL experience and I would not recommend booking with Magic Ways. The only thing magical about them is they’re extraordinary incompetence and poor service.

Expérience négative: It was horrible. I would never recommend this to anyone. I had read bad reviews about "Magic Ways" so I purposely tried to not book Magic Ways. Instead I booked through the Disneyland Paris website. I thought that would be a different bus with a much better Disney experience, similar to other Disney's parks in Tokyo, Florida, and California. I was wrong. It turns out that Magic Ways also is what you get when you book through the Disney site. It was not a good experience. First, the pickup location has one address on the website and another on the ticket. There are no signs. The "guide" had to go to the other location to find the other passengers. He was very nice, but he did not end up going on our bus. It was supposed to leave at 8:15, but it was late. Then it look a very long time to go to the other stops. There was some issue with tickets for a passenger so that was another 15 min delay. We were supposed to arrive between 9:30 and 9:45 but it was 10am before we pulled in. The park opens at 9:30 so we missed our chance to get on the most popular rides early when the lines are short. Then we realized the fireworks are at 9pm and the bus leaves right at 9pm, so you can't stay to watch the fireworks. That was very disappointing and I think they should have the bus either leave later or make it very clear that you must leave the park before the fireworks show. Finally, there are no signs to find the bus for pickup. We had a lot of trouble trying to find our way back at night and we missed the bus. We never did find the pickup location. We took the RER back - SO much cheaper. Next time I would just take the RERor Uber/Taxi - both cheaper.

Expérience négative: La peor experiencia, si están pensando en ir con ellos mejor buscar otro lugar, compramos las entradas de Disney y resulta que sobre vendieron en otras aplicaciones cundo ya no habían entradas para la fecha, llegando al lugar de encuentro nos dijeron que no aparecíamos en la base de datos y que no nos podían dar nuestros tiquets, el operador encargado fue súper grosero y nos dijo que si insistíamos llamaría a la policía, que nos teníamos que ir, se hizo la reclamación en la aplicación y dicen que ellos confirmaron que si nos habían entregado las entradas y no harían reembolso, NUNCA compren con ellos. LA PEOR OPCIÓN!! Y no fuimos los únicos, no entregan un soporte físico y te tratan como si uno fuera el que estuviera haciendo mal todo! Voy a interponer legalmente todo lo necesario y ojalá con mi experiencia la gente por redes no caiga en lugares como este

Expérience négative: Magic Ways is just a scam. First of all, they made a couple of stops on the way to Disneyland, so the ride took about 90 minutes. The bus was plain white and didn’t have exciting Disneyland print as advertised. Worst of all was the way back- scheduled for 21:00, which means that it was impossible to see the fireworks which is one of the highlights in visiting the park. What a disappointment!

Sul sito è stato dato il punto d’incontro sbagliato e abbiamo aspettato dalle 7:30 sotto la pioggia fino alle 9:00 quando siamo riusciti a contattare la compagnia (che prima non rispondeva). Sentendoci dire che la navetta era passata e che non potevano fare altro perché eravamo al “punto sbagliato” (cioè la posizione data dal sito). Abbiamo dovuto risolvere da soli pagando un uber. Expérience négative: Excursión Paris hop on hop off desde Disney. En el parque nos dicen que habría dos paradas que no se iban a hacer (Arco del Triunfo y Concordia). Salimos y en la primera parada del Tootbus (12:15) nos hacen bajar, en Opera y el conductor nos dice que el servicio se retomará ¡alrededor de las 16:00). A esa hora casi no hay ni tiempo de volver a la torre Eiffel en el bus y mucho menos de ver nada, por lo que llamamos a la empresa y la solución es que nos volvamos en tren a Disney y reclamemos. Para no perder completamente el día tenemos que hacer a pie Opera-Lafayette-Louvre-Notre Dame-Panteón-Barrio latino. A eso de las 16:00 ya podemos montar en el autobús, que tampoco para en Trocadero y nos deja directamente en la torre Eiffel. Después de un día prácticamente perdido, ya que no hemos podido entrar en ningún monumento ni ver cosas que teníamos planeadas (Montmartre, Inválidos, subida a la torre Eiffel, ...), reclamamos y nos MIENTEN diciendo que los buses solo pararon de 14:00 a 15:00 y que ellos han prestado el servicio. Tengo fotos que demuestran las horas a las que estaba en cada sitio (y obviamente no voy a hacer todo ese recorrido con dos niños pequeños si los buses realmente estuvieran funcionando). Al mail con una de las fotos ni me han respondido. No sé cómo Disney ofrece a través de su página web estas excursiones con la poca profesionalidad demostrada. Baratas no son. UNA VERGÜENZA que no recomendaré a NADIE. Experiencia nefasta. P.D.: Tras la respuesta, es surrealista; me hace gracia lo de "futuras interacciones". Mejora la atención pero, de verdad, el tiempo es irrecuperable y tenían que haberlo solucionado en el momento u ofrecer algún tipo de compensación por el día perdido, es mi opinión.

Expérience négative: Hicimos el 10 de agosto una excursión a Versalles, la verdad me sentí ESTAFADO, la excursión no dura 7 horas como publicitan ni mucho menos. El autocar llego hora tarde. A las 11:30 entrabamos, tras eso, no pudimos acabar de visitar el palacio, tras dos horas y media. a las 15:30 teníamos que estar en el punto de encuentro, corriendo a visitar los jardines, SIN COMER. 1 hora a pleno sol esperando el autocar. Volviendo se perdió y pasamos por el mismo sitio dos veces. Luego se pasó de largo ddel punto donde nos tenia que dejar. a las 17:30. No han sido 7 horas ni de broma. No indican que el transporte forma parte del tiempo. Ni que se ha de estar una hora de plantón esperando a pleno sol. Las chicas de vuelta no hablaban castellano. La contestación recibida es que lo sienten, desde nuestra agencia de El Corte Ingles y que no se puede hacer nada. Ni de broma contratéis estos ESTAFADORES para ir a Versalles.

Permítame aclarar algunos puntos importantes sobre la dinámica de nuestro recorrido. Nuestra excursión a Versalles comienza a las 9h30 desde el área de Opera y a las 10h10 desde la Torre Eiffel. Generalmente, ingresamos al castillo alrededor de las 11h30, ya que tenemos una reserva para esa hora. Esta hora de entrada está fijada para evitar las multitudes y ofrecer una experiencia más agradable a nuestros clientes. Durante este tiempo, proporcionamos detalles sobre el punto de encuentro y los clientes aprovechan para ir a los aseos, la cafeteria, tienda de souvenirs y hacerse fotos. Entendemos que es importante tener tiempo para disfrutar del Palacio y los jardines. Parte de nuestra excursión se basa en permitir a nuestros clientes manejar su tiempo como lo deseen una vez dentro del castillo. Además, dentro del Palacio y en sus alrededores, hay restaurantes y cafeterías disponibles para los visitantes. Respecto a la duración de la excursión, comprendemos su preocupación. La hora de regreso a París es alrededor de las 16h45, por lo que esperamos que nuestros clientes hayan tenido al menos 4 horas para explorar Versalles y disfrutar de su visita. Expérience négative: Fatal , supuestamente íbamos a poder bajar a hacernos fotos en un montón de sitios y resulta que después de pagar un pack familiar, el tráfico parado . Nos hemos tenido que bajar a la altura de la plaza de la concordia e ir andando hasta la torre Eiffel, porque no llegábamos a coger el bus de vuelta al hotel. Desde las 15h que cogimos el toot bus hasta las 18:45 prácticamente parados. Un desastre de excursión . Lo gordo esque la empresa de transporte no anuncie que va a haber esas restricciones por un mundial de rugby. HORRIBLE. No lo recomiendo para nada, me dice uno de los monitores que lo tengo que reclamar a la empresa vía mail, no sólo el monitor dejo de cogerme el tlf, sino que encima me rebotan el mail, no lo aceptan . Experiencia nefasta , profesionalidad CERO.

Expérience négative: Travel to the park with this company was quite easy. If you are travelling to France you need to understand most French don’t want to talk English and are not very accommodating. If you want tips or info I’m happy to talk with anyone on here If you are going to use this company for transfers to and from Disney París make sure you understand where they will drop you off at night. Our pick up was 10min walk from our hotel obviously arranged it that way for convenience of walking mostly everywhere. The drive back same driver drops us 1 hour walk away at some unknown location and then conveniently acts like he knows no English or wants to assist in anyway. He driving alone was rough and of poor quality. If we knew we were going to be dropped at some random place we wouldn’t have raced back to the car to get the transfer we could have stayed back and watched the final show at Disney and got the train…. Be mindful of this when booking all transfers here. Paris in m general quite nice people and most companies rude and un-accommodating

Asked about a refund, the answer we don’t do those here contact our office! The care factor of the staff is zero, only interested in talking amongst themselves. Do not use, they will spoil your day.

Expérience fantastique: Parfait pour une visite de Paris, départ du B&B Disney et retour . On nous dépose au pied de la Tour Eiffel et on revient nous prendre . Explication clair si on écoute correctement car le point de départ du soir est pas ou on nous dépose mais on nous montre tout. Nous avions pris avec les bateaux mouches, on nous a envoyé jusqu’à là et après libre . Très bien je recommande .

Expérience négative: I recently had the opportunity to embark on a tour with Magic Way Tour, and while the initial impression was positive, the overall experience left much to be desired. I feel compelled to share my disappointment, particularly due to the lack of communication and the considerable inconvenience I faced at the end of the tour. To start on a positive note, the tour began on a promising note. The tour guides were super nice and the itinerary appeared well-planned. However, my opinion quickly changed when the tour reached its conclusion. Despite arriving at the rendezvous point as instructed, neither the tour guide nor the bus showed up, leaving me and some fellow participants stranded. Regrettably, the situation worsened as time passed. We waited for a staggering two hours, hoping for some resolution. While other tour companies nearby were kind enough to offer assistance, it was frustrating that Magic Way Tour did not provide any means of contacting the guide directly. This lack of communication proved to be a major setback and left us feeling helpless and abandoned. I provided my contact information to Magic Way Tour at the beginning and so I was expecting a call from them. Unfortunately, they never reached out to provide an update or offer any explanation for the unexpected absence of the tour guide and bus. This further intensified our frustration and left a lasting impression of unprofessionalism. Given this disappointing experience, I must say that I will be hesitant to consider Magic Way Tour in the future. The lack of accountability and communication during such a crucial time was highly disconcerting. In retrospect, I believe it would have been a more reliable and convenient option to explore France using alternative means, such as Uber or other transportation services. In summary, while the initial stages of the tour with Magic Way Tour appeared promising, the complete absence of the tour guide and bus at the end, coupled with the lack of communication and support, led to a highly unsatisfactory experience. Expérience négative: Overall, very sketchy. First off, buses are not labeled at all… so we showed to pickup location and had to ask the driver (who was smoking a cigarette and continued to do so every time we stopped for more people.) if it was the right bus. Guides barely seemed what was going on when they finally showed up. Guides also didn’t stay on the bus and left us with a driver, so we had no idea what was going on. The bus driver took 30 minutes just to figure out how to work the bus so we even more off schedule. When we were trying to find the bus on the way out of the park, we had a heck of a time finding our bus, as they have no indication of which one was “Magic Ways”. We finally found our “guide”, and we asked where our bus was, and multiple times didn’t receive an answer. Come to find out, our trusty bus from earlier had a flat. So we had to wait for another bus, the guide was very rude and didn’t lead the group at all. These are people with CHILDREN! In Paris at night, on Bastille day, and during riots. Not a good time for people to have to figure out how to get home if they aren’t from Paris. Didn’t even drop us off where they picked us up? Overall very frustrating, and pretty dangerous if you have kids. Do not use this company, you have no idea what you are getting.

Expérience négative: Worst, horrific, never book with this agency. They are pathetic and confused. If you are travelling with kids they will ruin your day with their super confused staff who will say anything without common sense. I wasted money by booking with them.

Although we were late on time, the girl in the counter was nice to issue the ticket quickly and explained in detail, how to reach the train station for Disneyland !! We didn’t face any problem after that. Wonderful service!

Expérience négative: Magic Ways tour to Versailles a waste of money. We were at pick-up point 40 minutes ahead of time and waited at least 20-30 minutes after pickup time. The bus never showed up. Our group of 5 was not the only group waited - there were 2 more groups also waiting. We called waited on phone for 30 minutes and were told to take taxi or subway to Versailles so we did. They would not let us in and all tickets were sold out. We called the company again and we’re told there was nothing they could do because we missed the bus (which never came). This company has to be a big scam!!!! Don’t book with them.
